I came across this article that was warning of the possible long term effects of the H1N1 vaccine and although it is not anything that I have not read before in that aspect, it did provide some great information about preventing the leading cause of death after contracting the H1N1 virus. The health expert and doctor, Dr. Blaylock, recommends taking vitamin D3 before contracting the virus along with fish oil to reduce immune over reaction. Immune over reaction is the main cause of the virus killing young people. (Although, like I said in previous articles, the mortality rate of this virus is significantly less than the usual seasonal flu.)

I looked up the uses of vitamin D3 and found that it does in fact do what the article communicated. It also assists with a wealth of other functions that would benefit your overall health anyways. And fish oil, well, I can not say enough good things about it. It states in the article, “Fish oils (the best is Carlson’s Norwegian lemon flavored fish oil) also reduce immune overreaction. One teaspoon a day should be sufficient. For severe symptoms, one teaspoon twice a day.” That too, according to my research and findings on the internet, is in harmony with the writings from Dr. Blaylock. In addition, be sure to take a daily multi vitamin for the antioxidants such as vitamins C and E. And of course, remember that good hygiene.
