Bipartisan Health Care Bill Approved? Will Impose BILLIONS In New Taxes

Rahm Emanuel, President Obama’s Chief of Staff, said “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” I would have to say that President Obama, Democrats, and now one Rhino are certainly making sure they slip in every dirty little thing possible during the economic down turn of America. Way to take advantage of that crisis! The Democrats are now chomping at the bit to pass their health tax, er I mean, care reform bill as a bipartisan legislation now that as of today Rhino Republican, Sen. Olympia Snowe, said that she will vote for the legislation. This will make her the one and only Republican to support the Democrat’s proposal. Not really surprising as she only voted conservative 12% of the time in 2008.

This health care bill is just as much a load of filth as the other democrat propositions. It is, of course, government controlled, but the best part is that we will get to start paying for it as soon as President Obama signs even though it would not be fully implemented until the year 2013. This is cleverly disguised as a huge tax on private insurance companies. And it doesn’t require guineas to know this would make health insurance prices sky rocket even further, so in essence it is a hidden tax on everyone. The bill would also require those who are currently uninsured to purchase insurance.

On Fox News it was reported that, “The accounting firm study projects the legislation would add $1,700 a year to the cost of family coverage in 2013, when most of the major provisions in the bill would be in effect.” And also, “Premiums for a single person would go up by $600 more than would be the case without the legislation, the PricewaterhouseCoopers analysis concluded in the study commissioned by the insurance group.” Unfortunately, what those just starting out have to look forward to according to this study reported by Fox News is, “The study projected that in 2019, family premiums could be $4,000 higher and individual premiums could be $1,500 higher.”

In the long run, by 2013 it will be so costly to have private insurance with this bill that those who are not among the wealthy would be forced to go with the government insurance. And for the people who can not pay for their government insurance, this will be a heavy burden on the country’s finances.  As stated on NewsMax.com,

“Expanding coverage to the uninsured is likely to lead to more health care spending, Elmendorf said. But other provisions, such as a tax on high-premium health care plans, could push spending down. “We simply have not done the analysis to net that out,” he said.”

With talk of a second “stimulus package”, the weakening of the dollar as a world currency,  and the irresponsibile aspirations of government health care, you can almost guarantee the deeper economic decline in the US. I am no mathematician, but I do know you can not spend your way out of dept,  sooner or later you will have to pay that which you owe. Unfortunately, that burden will primarily be on our future generations.  I also know you can’t bleed people dry with taxes when they are already suffering from rising costs of living. It is a recipe for disaster. Not to mention the penalties for not having insurance as I have reported on in my post titled, “Obama’s Promise For No New Taxes Was A Lie.” However, they claim they have made this portion of the bill “better” by exempting more people and lowering penalties for those who don’t comply with the requirement to purchase insurance. But isn’t this America? Shouldn’t we be free to purchase or not purchase insurance according to our desire? We are throwing away our freedoms little by little and giving them to the government to allow our country to turn more and more toward socialism and communism. This government dependence is creating an erosion of the American dream. And you can bet that the health tax (care) bill will only be the beginning.

Why Taxing The Rich Is Wrong According To The Bible

Why is the liberal and socialist Christian perspective on taxing the rich to give to the poor as a good thing so against the teachings of the Bible? First of all, in Exodus 20:15 (NKJ) “You shall not steal…” God specifically states that stealing is wrong and a sin. In the Webster dictionary to steal means: “to take the property of another wrongfully and especially as an habitual or regular practice.” Taking someone’s money could also be interpreted as taking someone’s property. Even though money is used to buy things, it is considered part of someone’s property as long as that person rightfully posses it.  Therefore, it is wrong under biblical means to take that person’s wealth to use it for means which the owner does not wish for it to be spent.

No matter what the cause people do not have the right as stated once again under God’s biblical Ten Commandments to take wealth from others.  Now, I am not saying that the Bible never said that it is not good to give. Quite the contrary, the Bible is full of references where God calls his people to be giving and generous to those who are in need, but it never states that anyone should be forced to give.

In Matthew 19:16-21 (NKJ) is says:

¹⁶“And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?

¹⁷And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.

¹⁸He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,

¹⁹Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

²⁰The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?

²¹Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.”

Jesus was speaking to a rich, young Jewish man who wanted to know what he should do to have eternal life. Jesus began to answer his question by asking him if he has kept all the commandments. The young man stated that he did, but Christ knew the one commandment that the young man did not keep. Worshiping other images other than God, which in this man’s case was money. He simply put more trust in his personal wealth than in his Lord. That is why he needed to give it up to charity. It was not a sin to posses wealth, but rather a sin to believe that wealth was in essence more important and greater than God. So Jesus, in answering his question, told the young man to simply give it all up and follow him. That is were many socialist Christians get it all wrong. Yes, Jesus did say that in Matthew 19:23-24 (KJV):

²³Then said Jesus unto his disciples, Verily I say unto you, That a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

²⁴And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.”

Lets look at these verses for a minute. Jesus did say that it is hard for a rich man to enter heaven, but not because of his wealth. He stated many times that the wealthy allow themselves to be overwhelmed with putting more faith in money rather than allowing God to lead them through their life and save them. That is why he said that it is hard to go to heaven when you are rich. When Jesus’ disciples later asked in verse 25 of the same chapter in Matthew ” Who then can be saved?”, Jesus then stated in verse 26, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”  Jesus was then letting the disciples know that only through faith in God can the rich man, or any man for that matter, find salvation. That is why Jesus said to the young rich man to give up his riches and follow him. Notice, Jesus never made him do it nor did he ever command his disciples to instruct the church to make it a mandatory cause. Do you want to know why? The answer is simple, if Jesus is not only the son of God, but God himself  incarnated in the man Jesus Christ, why then would he instruct his followers to break one of his own commandments? You see, God is the God of law and justice. God would never go against his own law. That is why he never told his disciples that taking from the rich to give to the poor is a just thing to do. Nor has God in his words ever instructed the government to do like wise. To do this would contradict God’s own nature and existence. That, my friends, will never happen.

UN Wants To Replace US Dollar with Global Currency

If you were not aware of what our country is doing to our economy this should give you a pretty good idea. We have in the past months been told by several nations to slow our spending, stop the stimulus money, stop the unnecessary programs, and other advice since the stimulus packages by President Bush and President Obama have been passed. The Obama administration is not taking heed to any advice though and just keeps on spending, keeps suggesting more government controlled programs that we don’t want and they can’t afford.

So, what do we get in return? The United Nations wanting to replace the US dollar (which is the current world’s reserve currency) and replace it with a new global currency. Is this good for the US, no, of course not. This could ultimately send us into an economic collapse in which we may never recover. But can you really blame them? Look at how carelessly Obama and the two Houses have been just freely spending money like it will never run out in order to fund the socialistic agenda. I saw a quote by Margaret Thatcher that reminds me of this, it said “The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.” Obviously, from this article in the Telegraph, we can see that our global financiers are not going to be doing so much longer.

Report from the International Monetary Fund stated, “…the international supply of two key reserve assets—gold and the U.S. dollar—proved inadequate for supporting the expansion of world trade and financial development that was taking place.”

World Net Daily’s Jerome Corsi comments, “If the plan succeeds, the United Nations would effectively end up replacing the United States as the issuer of the one-world international currency used as the standard of foreign exchange to settle international trade transactions,” Corsi wrote. “The move would obviate the need for any nation state in the future to be the arbiter of world trade, marking yet another blow to national sovereignty on the path to one-world government.”

Communist Red Flag To Be Raised at White House

If hiring Van Jones, a known communist, as Green Czar wasn’t enough to make one wonder about who President Obama really is,  maybe hanging the Chinese Red Communist Flag on the south lawn of the White House on Sept. 20, 2009 might give you a better idea. For one who claims that he is not a communist or a socialist, he sure does like to surround himself with as much communism as he sure can. My dad always told me,” Be careful who you are friends with because they will rub off on you.” From taking over the banks, the auto industry, and now trying to take over the health care industry, one has to start believing that the President sounds more like a communist/socialist than a free thinking capitalist. Russians Warn Of Coming Communism and Collapse

I for one think that communism would not work here in America. We simply have too many bull headed people out there that would not stand for it. I pray that I am right. But I can’t deny the surprising finds that I have been coming across in researching the people that have been put into power in our country lately. The vast majority are either openly communist, or socialist radicals, or we can see through their actions and affiliations that they are indeed that. This really has caught me somewhat off guard as I was leaning more toward the softer of the two, thinking that many were merely borderline socialist but still wanting to uphold the constitution and the other laws that have been laid out in our country. Only recently have I come to realize it is a complete overhaul that most of the current administration is looking forward to implementing. Now, it becomes even more chilling when those who have lived through a communist regime, Russians, are coming forward and warning Americans of the signs that they see happening in our country.

Stanislav Mishin wrote an article titled “American Capitalism Gone With A Whimper,” in which he details the similarities he sees in the American government and economy with the previous Russian communism. The article Stanislav wrote is very powerful and thought provoking. And for the American patriot, it is near heart breaking. He begins by pointing out the begining was within the past 20 years or so, “First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics.” In truth, our schools are ran by the US Department of education.

Second, he goes on to religion stating, “Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different “branches and denominations” were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the “winning” side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another.” I do not think this goes for all churches. There are a great deal that are still only centered around God, however there have been those that have been revealed to be bending their values for “current times”.

The post by Stanislav Mishin then moves on to the present day. Referencing the administration we now have in office, Stanislav says:

“The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America’s short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.”

Now, if that doesn’t send chills down your back as an American, then I don’t know what will. How is it that someone in another country can see it and yet so many in America blindly follow along willingly giving up their rights and freedoms without a care in the world? I’ll tell you. It is because he has seen it, he has been there and witnessed communism and socialism first hand. He knows what it does to a country. I have only touched a little on this compelling article which goes on to make many more important points. But the one that got to me the most is the very end. And it is what I will leave you with in my post. As quoted from “American Capitalism Gone With A Whimper”:

“The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the Red as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left.

The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker.”

Mark Lloyd, Communication “Diversity” Czar, A Threat To Free Speech

Mark Lloyd, the newly appointed chief diversity officer at the Federal Communications Commission has an interesting stance on freedom of speech indeed. Although Mark Lloyd has stated that he finds the Fairness Doctrine unnecessary, his comments and previous speeches and writings prove that he does in fact support the overall goals of the Fairness Doctrine though be it through a back door method. Mark Lloyd does in fact support more regulation, more taxes and fines, increased government intervention into the commercial media such as public radio, and more in which he believes asserts diversity. Such as in the Center for America Progress proposal co-authored by Mark Lloyd which said:

“. . . a spectrum use fee should be levied on owners to directly support local, regional, and national public broadcasting. A fee based on a sliding scale (1 percent for small markets, 5 percent for the largest markets) would be distributed directly to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting with clear mandates to support local news and public affairs programming and to cover controversial and political issues in a fair and balanced manner. We estimate that such a fee would net between $100 million and $250 million.”

Mark Lloyd’s more popular public stance is one in which he praises Hugo Chavez. He praises the way that he took over the media and controlled what was once ran by the people of his nation. Lloyd calls Chavez “incredible” and “dramatic.” So, I guess Mark Lloyd is saying he approves of Hugo Chavez forcing private media out of business? It would appear that way. He has made his opinions very clear and even put them into writing as recently as 2006 in his book Prologue to a Farce: Communication and Democracy in America. In that book Lloyd reveals his opinion of the First Amendment (our freedom of speech) by stating this:

“It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press. This freedom is all too often an exaggeration. At the very least blind references to freedom of speech or press serves as a distraction from the critical examination of other communication policies. The purpose of free speech is warped to protect global corporations and block rules [by the government], fines, and regulations, that would promote democratic governance.”

Unbelievable! You see, not only does he not hold freedom of speech in any high esteem, but he seeks to do away with it to promote democratic governance. This should alarm you no matter who you are. This isn’t a matter of bipartisanship, it is a matter of telling you what to think. It is a matter of telling you what you can and cannot know. It is EXACTLY the same thing that Hugo Chavez has done in Venezuela, the same that Mark Lloyd has praised.

Now, I hate to be the barer of bad news, but this is yet another communist “czar” being put in the White House. Is there anyone else who thinks this is just a little suspicious that all these people being put in are fans of socialism or communism? There are more; John Holdren, Van Jones, and Mark Lloyd are just a couple that I have touched on. I have a great deal of concern for the future of our ability to voice our opinions. I have a great deal of concern for the future of our freedom as a whole. Media has such a big way of reaching out and forming community with others, no matter what your political opinion is, it should never be silenced.

Environmental Adviser Czar Van Jones Open Communist

Not only are Barack Obama’s friends and mentors known communists, marxists, and other known extremists, but so are the people that he is giving power to in the White House. My previous post was on the Science and Technology “czar” John Holdren. If you haven’t read it already, you should, it has a lot of information you don’t want to miss. Now on to the man that President Obama has appointed his Environmental Adviser, Van Jones.

One would think that in order to hold a position in the White House you would need to have a great deal of qualifications. In an environmental position that would likely call for a PHD or some equivalent in environmental science or something along those lines. Not an open communist, black nationalist, attorney, and founder of STORM. ( You can only find out about STORM in the links provided below because after a report ran by www.wnd.com it was scrubbed from the internet and is only available in these archive links now.) Jones actually was arrested during the 1992 Rodney King riots and was in jail for not just one day, but four months. So it was not as reported by some as an illegal arrest, it had to be more serious than that. Not to mention upon leaving Van Jones had said “I was a rowdy nationalist on April 28th, and then the verdicts came down on April 29th,” he said. “By August, I was a communist.” And this is the man that was appointed by Obama to be the Environmental Adviser? What connection would he possibly have to the environment?

Well, after being released from jail, Van Jones then turned his focus on as he said, “trying to be a revolutionary.” He attended workshops on Challenging White Supremacy, started up the group STORM, and did a lot of speeches to recruit others of similar opinions. It was during this time that he learned he could prosper from getting involved with the “green” movement. Mr. Jones said the eco movement would be the best way to carry out his agenda. His speeches would include telling supporters off the street that someone would make millions off of these “green” project and that it should be you (him and his supporters). Getting them really fired up about pushing for the “green” movement. One reporter from the New Yorker, as said by Glenn Beck, had Jones say after one of these speeches, “That was my street rap. You get to hear my elite rap later on.” So, you see, he was and is “working”, as Beck said, the whole “green” movement.

This is not all, I could go on for several more pages on this guy. He also is has strong ties to known terrorists, communists, marxists, you name it. Some of those being Jeff Jones, Bill Ayers (also linked to Obama), Mark Rudd, and more. Don’t believe it? Van Jones not only founded STORM, he was also on the board of an environmental activist group at which the founder (Jeff Jones & Bill Ayers) of the Weather Underground terrorist organization is a top director. There is so much more, but I will leave some for you to research. But like I said in the beginning, I find it strange that our President is surrounded by these people in the White House and as long time friends. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I just can’t help seeing the puzzle pieces and hope they don’t fit together the way it looks.
